1. Confirmatory deposit
Upon conclusion of the contract, the Customer is required to pay 30% of the total cost of the confirmed services as a deposit.
2. Right of withdrawal without penalty
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract until 7th day (s) before the date
expected arrival time without paying any penalty. The withdrawal must be communicated to the Manager within this period by e-mail (to the number and / or address indicated above).
3. Default of the Customer
In case of withdrawal from the contract by the customer after the deadline referred to in chapter “2”, or in case of no-show without notice by midnight on the day set for check-in, Napoli Visit Home will retain the amount paid as a confirmatory deposit, subject to greater damage, the proof of which is the responsibility of the Manager.
4. Default of the host structure
In the event that Napoli Visit Home is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation services, the Manager must return the deposit received, subject to greater damage, if the Customer does not agree to be relocated to a neighboring accommodation of the same or higher category. In the event of relocation, the costs for the transfer to another facility and any difference in price of the same are borne by the accommodation manager who was unable to provide the confirmed services.
5. Time of arrival and departure
The room is made available to the customer from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by the customer no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
6. Respect for services according to the classification
The Manager guarantees services adequate to the category classification.
7. Balance and early departure of the customer
Upon arrival, the Customer will be required to pay the balance for the entire agreed period.
In the event of early departure, the Customer is required to notify the Manager within 24 hours of actual departure, however, the Manager will retain the full amount of the stay.
8. Disclaimer
Pursuant to art. 1587 of the Italian Civil Code the Guest must take delivery of the thing and observe the diligence of the good father of the family in using it for the use determined in the contract. The Customer also exonerates the Manager from any liability towards third parties, for omissions and / or damage caused as a result of illicit behavior by the Customer.
9. Dispute Settlement Clause
All disputes arising from this contract will be referred to the Naples Chamber of Commerce and resolved according to the Conciliation Regulations adopted by the same. If the Parties intend to appeal to the ordinary judicial authority, the competent court is that of Naples.
Although not expressly agreed, this contract is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code on contracts in general.
Pursuant to the Privacy Code, we inform you that the processing of your personal data will also be carried out by electronic means for the sole purpose of executing this contract.
The customer, pursuant to art. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code as well as art. 33 and ss. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), declares to accept the above contractual conditions and particularly those contained in point n. 2 (Right of withdrawal without penalty), 3 (Customer default), n. 5 (Time of arrival and departure) and n. 7 (Early departure of the customer).
